1) In My blender jar I'm adding 1 cup of watermelon seeded chopped and chilled watermelon cubes, so what I have done is after I chopped the watermelon I kept it in the refrigerator so that it will get chilled. Then I am squeezing in half a lemon and adding in a small handful of fresh mint leaves.1/4 teaspoon Kala namak is also known as black salt.1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt add in 1 cup or 1 glass of water. I already blend this very well.
The sugar-free watermelon juice is nicely blended into my serving glass. I'm adding in a handful of ice cubes add in 2 tablespoons of soaked sabja seeds(basil seeds).
Sabja seeds also known as basil seeds have cooling properties. Hence it's ideal to use in the summer pour in the blended sugar-free watermelon juice and garnish it with a sprig of mint leaves. My super healthy refreshing watermelon juice is ready to serve.
2) In a blender jar I'm adding one glass of water and a small handful of fresh mint leaves. grating in 1/4 teaspoon of fresh ginger adds the ginger into the blender 1/4 teaspoon of Kala namak also known as black salt 1/4 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt. I'm squeezing in half a lemon and 1/4 teaspoon of freshly ground cardamom powder. I used two cardamom seeds to make the freshly ground cardamom powder. I'm going to blend this until everything is nicely mixed and combined. Now my sugar-free masala lemon juice is nicely blended to serve the masala lemon juice in the serving glass. I'm adding in a handful of ice
Cubes. I am tearing in two mint leaves and one green chili which I have slit halfway through
tbsp soaked sabja seeds pour in the masala lemon juice lastly sprinkle a pinch of chaat masala. My super healthy sugar-free refreshing masala lemon juice is ready
to serve.
l To avoid Two ingredients for weight loss:-
I want to tell you, which two ingredients you must skip from your diet which are oil and sugar, and also a daily diet plan for weight loss. But you can eat one tablespoon of Desi Ghee/Organic Ghee in lunch. which is useful for the human body.
Like never ever a big no to these two items, for example, you can eat chicken vegetables, or anything but no oil and sugar. You can eat potato also but boiled the logic is when we fry potato the taste forces us to eat more on the other hand when we boil.
