Then, compare how much healthy you feel after that and choose another type of food to eat in those same areas of your meal plan. Another option is to simply stick strictly to healthier foods such as grains, vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and healthy fats and then slowly increase your consumption of the healthier ones over time. Also, don't just eat whatever you like... try to always make sure that whatever you're ordering is organic, gluten-free, and non-GMO. This is true because there is really no way to know who you are... except by looking at yourself in the mirror. It helps that many of us know how important it is to always eat healthier and choose better-for-your foods for our bodies. These are also great choices when it comes to losing weight. 2) Keep Yourself Hydrated:-

The truth is that we all are constantly dehydrated! We sweat all of the time, drink lots of water, and use lots of sweet drinks. Water does most of the heavy lifting for us to keep our bodies hydrated. But water also has many other benefits that help us slim down and lose weight. Drinking between two to three glasses of water daily helps us maintain high blood pressure levels and helps us lose weight.

Not only does drinking enough and staying hydrated great for shedding pounds, but it is also great if we're trying to avoid dehydration at all costs and that is why we also drink soda water. Soda water is a bit pricey but also cheap, effective, and delicious. Make sure you always include a serving of sugar cane juice so there are no empty calories in it like common sodas are!

3) Eat Plenty Of Fiber In Your Diet:-

Even though fiber has been around since ancient times, it's still very useful today as well. Fibers aid digestion, reduce blood pressure and decrease inflammation. By eating fiber-rich foods, you can gain weight loss and improve digestion without causing excess blood pressure. Studies show that people who consume 2–3 tablespoons of fiber may be able to prevent heart disease and diabetes. 4) Do More and better Exercise That makes you fit.

Exercise does seem to be the biggest issue with getting fit after decades of being unfit, and not much has changed. Now that I am almost 50 years old, I have to say I have taken steps to exercise, and that includes working out daily. As you probably know about me, I always love exercising and I have exercised my entire life, but I did lose 10 pounds and 5 inches of waist and leg hair because I did it consistently. My husband, who also works out regularly, has also lost weight and looks and feels stronger at each workout session he puts in. His body also has increased strength and endurance due to his ability to work on his muscles and stay active. Both men, however, are not super fit at the gym and both have had to take steroids to help with their goals of getting bigger.

It's amazing that all of us can achieve incredible results such as fitness and strong bodies by becoming active and continuing to do regular workouts. Even though my goal is to continue taking steroids throughout my lifetime, I know that exercise helps as well. And the side effects that come with running and other activities are minimal or nonexistent (I was able to run while taking steroids and there is little chance of them doing harm, even though I took them). So take up physical activities that target your goals in fitness, like dancing, hiking, golfing, yoga, running, and any sports you enjoy (my favorite sport is football, which is my best sport)! You don't have to put in hours and days at the gym if you don't want and that's part of what we all can benefit from. 5) Eat More Nutritious Carbohydrates:-

Carbohydrates are a powerhouse nutrient and are also a huge reason why we can control our weight so much. Many of us have heard stories of women that have lost their excess weight due to consuming carbs and I believe this is also possible! Carbs provide fuel for our body and also slow down our metabolism (it slows your rate of energy gain). After all these benefits of carbohydrate consumption in fat loss and weight loss, it should also be called carb-free weight loss. People who consume fewer carbohydrates in their diets, especially fiber-rich foods, tend to lose a greater amount of weight due to a caloric surplus of glucose and insulin. Which causes us to go back up the stairs in the morning and go through all sorts of unnecessary surgeries to have those carbs removed from our bodies. It's important to note here that many doctors have said carb control is possible, but they have suggested an extreme carb diet and fasting as one other treatment. Regardless of medical experts' claims, the truth remains that there really aren't any medically proven methods to slim down without having too many carbs. So why not get rid of carb addiction and take it off? Because the truth is that carb intake alone isn't the sole factor when it comes to losing weight (or preventing it). Here are a few reasons that carbohydrate consumption isn't the sole factor in weight loss and weight regain:

Protein, Fatty Acids: Protein consumption has been shown to play a major role in excess weight gain. Research shows that the excess body fat that comes from protein is mainly caused not by carbohydrate consumption but rather by fat and fatty acid consumption. Although carbs are used in our diet, fatty acids are primarily responsible for increasing abdominal fat... mainly because of their effect on abdominal fat formation. But that doesn't mean you should be eating large amounts of calorie-dense carbohydrates when it comes to fat loss! What this does mean is that fat and carbohydrate consumption might not be the main cause of excess weight, but rather it is just a contributor. While both of these components in a diet are extremely important, the key to success on both ends is making sure to balance the ingredients of your diet, including fiber, starch, vitamins, minerals, soluble fibers, proteins, calories, and carbs.

You can combine these things in different recipes as you prefer but the key to understanding this is that you must balance your diet. A lot of the research done in the field of nutrition has demonstrated that it's essential to eat a smaller portion of certain carb types to reach your desired weight. Although this is still somewhat confusing because of the various carb types involved in foods, it is worth noting that you might have a sweet potato pie or chocolate cake, but it is crucial to remember that you must eat small portions of carbohydrate-dense foods with lots of fiber-rich fruits. And when you do get to the point where they are large amounts, don't forget to switch your usual diet to a carb-free version. It is much easier to follow a nutrition plan after you have a basic understanding of its composition... especially with fiber and protein!

6) Keep Yourself Regularly Active:-

Another thing that I feel is pretty important, especially when looking at getting thinner and gaining a slimmer body, is that we all need to be regularly active and healthy. Doing a workout is fantastic in helping us lose fat and prevent excess weight regain. And it's not all about cardio. Cardiovascular exercise also plays a significant part in shedding pound size and body fat. Being active all day long will also help support muscle growth and improve blood flow to the core and joints. Like the cardiologist, Dr. James Houton stated in his famous article, "The Longer the Better" how one activity, particularly walking, may prevent your organs from stiffening and shrinking more rapidly. Walking every day is wonderful.
