  • Weight loss easy diet plan:-

Especially when you have to fast. Let's go ahead and get started the first recipe is homemade granola bars now you're probably thinking why can't I just buy this from the store these are five ingredients or less these ones you can control the amount of sugar that goes in here you can also customize it and it's so simple and easy to make literally. I got this done in less than 15 minutes. Eggs that I've already pre-cooked and some potatoes that have already roasted as well and you just assemble them you can add as many ingredients as you want I'm keeping it pretty simple I like to put them on parchment paper as well and then put them in Ziploc bags and I label them so I know which ones I've made and that is pretty much it if you wanted you can add veggies you can add hot sauce onions mushrooms bell peppers whatever you like and trust me these are so good I intentionally make these without any sauces so that way when you preheat it you can add either hot sauce or ketchup or whatever you like on this side. if your job is flexible enough to tweak your working hours ask yourself. i take a toothbrush with toothpaste and mouthwash and like a little bag and I bring it to work so that if I have meetings or if I'm just speaking to anybody I can brush my teeth before because if you don't eat throughout the day your breasts can get a little funky. My one tip before Ramadan starts is to stop drinking coffee, because for me caffeine withdrawal is probably the most difficult. So two weeks in advance of Ramadan. I stopped taking in any coffee if I need medication for the day. I learned this the hard way you need to take it in the am before you start your fast at four or five even if you're not used to having food. You need to learn to wake up have something to eat just a sip of water and take your pills and you'll feel so much better one of the big tips that I have for my non-muslim colleagues. who is not fasting don't be shy to eat and drink in front of anyone, especially if you're sitting at your desk? During the fast day, I don't drink a lot of water which is very unhealthy but especially during Ramadan.

What i tend to do to keep myself hydrated is. I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables just something to keep me fresh and not too thirsty during the day the holy month of Ramzan. Is here again and will continue for the next 30 days during this month devotees observe day-long fasts and are not allowed to have food and water till evening. All day naturally makes you feel tired and hungry so it is important to first consume food and then replenish the liquids, that might make you feel better. These are some essential fasting tips. one should keep in mind during the cere/suhoor time or pre-dawn meal it is important to consume foods that will quench your thirst such as cucumber zucchini buttermilk curd melon and banana to keep one feeling full and energetic. While fasting includes carbohydrates in your meal like oats jowar ragi sugar-free muesli along with whole wheat. Iftar meal is the first meal after a long break from eating. your should open/break your fast with coconut water or pungent lemon water. This is the reason customarily iftar incorporates a ton of beverages and foods grown from the ground feast for your fundamental course polishing off a ton of carbs proteins and high-fiber vegetables. Carbs could be in the form of sweet potato or rice or even millet get your daily dose of proteins from meat chicken fish or dal.

  • Weight loss diet plan for Ramadan  to lose 10kg

I will have the exact recipe down below and feel free to customize this i'm starting off with three cups of rolled oats and to that i'm adding a sweetener of my choice you can either use honey or maple syrup exact measurements will be down below a cup of peanut butter you can also substitute for almond butter two eggs some chocolate chips i'm adding walnuts for healthy fats flax these chia seeds really you can add any ingredients you want in here and then all you have to do is give it a really good mix line a tray with parchment paper and then pour this into that tray what you really want to do is make sure you press down firmly and you want to make sure you're pressing down evenly so one side shouldn't be thicker than the other side so i'm just pressing it down evenly getting the edges and everything and then all you do from here is a sprinkle some extra love on top so i'm adding some extra chocolate chips and then all you do from here is pop it in the oven bake it for about 15 minutes and it comes out so perfect. you don't want to overcook these these want to be soft and chewy. I'll put the temperature down below in the description as well and here they are these are really great to put in an airtight container and you can just have a piece in the morning or you can even have this as a snack. who like to eat a little bit more heavily in the morning or just don't have a lot of time you can create a few weeks ahead of time and have  30 days of Ramadan.

These are egg and potato breakfasts, you won't believe how many times these have saved our suhoor mornings. mom can literally pull this out of the freezer throw it in the microwave and have it ready for him/her to drizzle hot sauce over and devour so these are perfect for those mornings and it's super simple to make all you need. the last recipe is a breakfast classic these are overnight oats that are meant to be made the night before and I really wanted to give this a shout-out because these are a really great breakfast idea they're filled with healthy fats and protein. They keep you full all day long and they require literally no cooking and no prep time. Today I'm doing apple pie so I start off with a half cup of oats some maple syrup chia seeds flax seeds cinnamon and some pecans or maybe these are walnuts and then a little bit of almond milk and some greek yogurt for creaminess and then topping it off with chopped apples and then it closes up in an airtight container and all you do is pop this in the fridge and the next morning this is so creamy and delicious trust me you guys have to try this out so that is all for this you.

I really hope you guys enjoyed it. I really found it helpful so one thing that was helpful was to focus on iftar time. They eat right before the Sun comes up in the morning and that is the time that you need to focus on really hydrating your body.

water consumption over maybe 30 minutes to an hour rather than just chugging at all in five minutes she also stressed the importance of hydrating fruits and veg Stables. These fruits can help the water actually get into your cells better and actually, and hydrate is really nice because watermelon is in season right now. So with some of the recipes, I'm gonna share with you guys, watermelon that way you're hydrating yourself at the same time. we go into so many more amazing tips and I just thought I would share it with you because it really likes gave me so many aha moments when it came to nutrition and hydration during Ramadan.so without further wait let's start up my meal prep recipes. So one of the recipes I recently tried out is this omelet which is full of protein batch make these for a few days and I just really liked them. when they were as fresh as possible so next time I'll just make enough for the next morning so that they're super fresh but you can add whatever veggies. You can add onion bell pepper cherry tomatoes and spinach but you can also add mushrooms cheese any kind of meat that you like. I like it with garlic salt and black pepper and then you just add your veggies it makes everything together then in a small pot and bake for 15 minutes. Chocolate sweetheart and chocolate chia seed pudding are truly really great for one or the other breakfast or as a sound treat so you will require milk of your decision I use almond milk cacao powder vanilla extract chia seeds some sea salt and the sweetener of your choice. I used maple syrup you could also use honey. There are so many reasons that chia seeds are so great for your well-being.

Especially during Ramadan, they contain so many vitamins and minerals but they also contain a lot of fiber which is so needed during this month you just shake it up in your container and you leave it in the fridge for a few hours and it turns into this really nice pudding consistency. I'm adding berries to mine and it just tastes like chocolate pudding and it just makes me so happy. You grab it in the morning and fill yourself up with lots of fiber and nutrients and I would say these stay good in the fridge for about four or five days so they're really nice to make ahead. I hope that you guys enjoyed these recipes to make suhoor and iftar super delicious. love you guys so much and I hope that your Ramadan is going amazing so far.
